Program Coordinator

JOB TYPE: Permanent, FullTime

SALARY: £200 per day

Are you a confident, proactive project coordinator looking for a new challenge? If so, an excellent opportunity has arisen within the executive office of a prestigious financial institution. You will be working within a small team overseeing the portfolio of this year's Corporate Social Responsibility project. You will be responsible for the coordination of over 200 volunteer projects ensuring they are run successfully and safely.
A summary of duties will include:
• Project planning
• Processing grants
• Reviewing applications and processing acceptance or decline
• Conducting Team Captain training bi-weekly
• Communicating with non-profit and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate transportation to projects for all volunteers
• Communicating with internal departments and coordinate logistical planning
• End of season data collection and program evaluation
The perfect candidate will have a confident, proactive work ethic and must enjoy a hands on, varied role. To succeed in this role you will need to have the highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion and you should ideally have 3 plus years of experience in either events management, operations, volunteer management or client services.
You must also have proficient use of Excel and other MS Office packages.
