What you'll be doing:

Assisting with purchase and sales ledger duties

Reconciling bank statements and handling invoice queries

*

Supporting month-end processes and producing basic financial reports

*

Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teams

*

Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all finance-related tasks

*

Supporting the wider accounts team with ad hoc duties as required

*

Customer Services, dealing with inbound calls to the business

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a finance/accounts environment

*

Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Sage, Xero, QuickBooks) is a bonus

*

A good head for numbers and a strong attention to detail

*

Excellent organisational and communication skills

A team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude
