We are partnered with Our client, a dedicated organization committed to providing exceptional care and support to young people and families across Cambridgeshire.

As a Support Worker, you will be instrumental in delivering essential support for bespoke care packages.

You'll work with young people facing crisis, trauma, or complex needs, playing a vital role in supporting families within their homes and communities.

This role offers significant flexibility with various shift patterns, including shorter days, long days, and waking nights, and requires a commitment to safeguarding protocols while supporting individuals with challenging behaviors.

• Provide essential support for bespoke care packages for young people and families.
• Support individuals experiencing crisis, trauma, or with complex needs.
• Work within families' homes and communities.
• Adapt to a variety of shift patterns, including shorter days, long days, and waking nights.
• Support individuals with challenging behaviours.
• Ensure safeguarding protocols are always maintained.

• Experience supporting children, young people, and families.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with challenging behaviours.
• Good understanding of safeguarding protocols.
• Ability to work effectively on your own initiative.
• Adaptable and comfortable working with a diverse range of young people and families with varying needs.
• Willingness to travel around the Cambridgeshire area.
• A relevant childcare or social work qualification is desirable.
• Experience in behaviour support and child protection is preferred.
