We're looking for a bright, motivated individual to join a friendly and experienced design team.

This is a longterm opportunity with full training provided, ideal for someone with an interestin CAD, construction, or design who's eager to learn and build a career.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Learning to design roof trusses and joists using specialist software

* Working closely with builders, architects, merchants and the public

* Reading and interpreting technical drawings

* Creating accurate, practical designs for residential and commercial projects

What We're Looking For:

* An interest or some experience in CAD

* Strong maths skills and attention to detail

* Confident communication and customer service skills

* A genuine work ethic and initiative

Bonus if you have:

* A background in construction, architecture or design

* Qualifications in Maths or Design

Salary:

£26K-£28K to start (up to £30K for those with relevant experience or strong CAD skills)

Room for pay progression as you develop in the role

Plus, bonus and benefits (discussed at interview)

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:00pm
