We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our senior leadership team as Assistant Headteacher at a vibrant and inclusive school in the Northfield area of Birmingham.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a committed and forward-thinking leader to support the strategic development of teaching and learning across the school. You will play a key role in driving school improvement, supporting staff development, and ensuring high standards of achievement and wellbeing for all pupils.

We are looking for someone who:
* Has proven leadership experience within a primary setting
* Demonstrates a deep understanding of curriculum development and pedagogy
* Is an excellent communicator, able to inspire and support colleagues
* Has a strong commitment to inclusion and safeguarding
* Will actively contribute to the vision and values of the school
* Experience working in an academy trust
* Ability to cover classes as well as continue with leadership responsibilities
