💡 The Role:

As Business Development Manager, you'll spearhead growth by promoting a suite of outsourced back-office solutions, including SaaS platforms and funding products, to recruitment agencies and supplier organisations.

You'll thrive in a consultative sales environment, educating clients on how your product offering solves real operational challenges.

🛠️ What You'll Do:

Identify and engage new business through cold calling, networking, and lead gen

*

Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to decision-makers

*

Tailor solutions that address complex operational needs

*

Own the sales pipeline from first contact to close and beyond

*

Build long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals

*

Track progress and outcomes in the CRM and report on KPIs

🎯 What You'll Bring:

Proven success in B2B sales with consistent target overachievement

Exceptional communication, pitching and negotiation skills
