Why This Role Matters

As a Senior Care Coordinator, you'll be the beating heart of our care operations — ensuring clients receive timely, consistent, and compassionate care while supporting our incredible care staff behind the scenes. If you love people, thrive on organisation, and want to make a real difference every single day, this role is made for you.

What You'll Do
  • Craft smart, efficient staff rotas with People Planner, balancing geography, skills, and preferences

  • Be the go-to for real-time rota changes, ensuring seamless care delivery

  • Liaise with Care Managers and healthcare partners to onboard new clients with warmth and precision

  • Monitor and coordinate training and compliance, keeping carers at their best

  • Support emergency situations with calm and confidence, including on-call cover

  • Record communications, manage enquiries, and keep systems up to date

  • Conduct appraisals, supervisions, and audits — shaping our high standards of care

  • Be part of recruitment activities, from interviews to onboarding support

  • Handle feedback and concerns sensitively, always putting clients first

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a domiciliary care or healthcare scheduling role

  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

  • Confident communicator — warm, clear, and professional

  • Comfortable with digital tools like People Planner and Microsoft Office

  • Ideally qualified to QCF Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care

  • Resilient, caring, and committed to doing the right thing — every time

What You'll Love About Us
  • A welcoming team that treats each other like family

  • Ongoing support and development opportunities

  • The chance to grow your career in one of the UK's leading care providers

  • Your work will genuinely transform lives
