An exclusive and well established aesthetic clinic are seeking a new Clinic Coordinator/Receptionist/ Patient Manager to join their team!
The role will consist of meeting a greeting patients, managing a busy switchboard and scheduling appointments, Patient’s liaison and upselling of their products, Inbox management, Managing submissions from their website, Facebook, clinic’s WhatsApp, Social Media Management, Preparing files for the following day (patients’ consent forms, pricelists, consultation packs etc), Taking and recording payments and presenting sales reports, Preparing beverages for patients / doctors, Keeping the reception area impeccable at all times, General office coordination (supplies, milk, coffee, etc)
The ideal candidate:
- 1-2 years Front of House experience.
- experience within the health/beauty/clinic sector preferable, or a proven interest.
- Immaculate in presentation
- Self-sufficient and proactive
- Great communicator – warm, welcoming, engaging and personable
- IT Savvy – MAC iOS knowledge is a must
- Confident with sales approach
Please note this role includes two Saturdays a month.
