Sales Executive

Location: Chelmsford area

Salary £24,000 - £28,000 (Dependant on experience) Plus Commission

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm

We are looking for a self driven sales executive to join our successful client in their growing Sales Team. The sales executive's responsibilities include generating leads, finding new business opportunities and meeting your sales targets.

To be a successful sales executive you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. We are looking for a confident individual that can find and maintain new business and build long term relationships.

Sales Executive Responsibilities:

• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Managing the sales process through our specific software program.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database.
• Meeting monthly sales targets.
• Team support if/where required

Sales Executive Requirements:

• Some sales experience preferential but not essential.
• Post-grad or college candidate looking for a career in sales.
• High attention to customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Salary:

Salary will be based on the individuals skill set and any previous experience

The successful individual will be set reasonable sales targets that are achievable allowing a great opportunity to increase their overall earnings
