You’ll be responsible for registering applicants, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and delivering an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:

• Registering and qualifying applicants
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Providing a high level of customer service at all times
• Supporting the wider team in achieving targets

About You:

• Energetic, friendly, and highly motivated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Full UK driving licence is essential
• Must live within a 1-hour commute of Cheshunt
