We’re looking for an experienced professional to join our team at Hampton Crescent and Leeds Extra Care Service, supporting older individuals in leading active and independent lives.

As a Senior Extra Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support. Your enthusiasm for providing excellent services and understanding of best practices in the field will be key to fostering a positive environment for those we support.

You will bring:

-Strong communication and engagement skills, demonstrating unwavering respect and positive regard for service users.

-Expertise in assessing needs and proactive risk management, ensuring support plans empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives with a ‘can do’ approach.

-A flexible approach, working evenings, weekends, and bank holidays to meet the needs of the service.
