Roofers Wanted - Basildon, £190-£210/day, Temp to Perm Opportunity

We're currently looking for 3 experienced Roofers for a project starting in 2-3 weeks in Basildon. This is a great opportunity with the potential to turn temp to perm for the right candidates.

Duration: Temp to perm
Rate: £190-£210 per day (paid for hours worked, approx. 8 hrs/day)

Complete re-roofing of pitched roofs across three estates (total area: 1,476 m²)
Estate 1: 454 m²
Estate 2: 412 m²
Estate 3: 610 m²
Tile Type: Marley Mendip - Smooth Grey Concrete
Full strip-off and disposal of old materials
Supply and installation of new tiles with full accessories and componentsRequirements:

Roofing experience essential, ideally with similar housing association work
CSCS card and own vehicle preferred but not essential
