We're recruiting for an experienced Mechanical & Plumbing Maintenance Technician to support a busy commercial site in the Thames Valley. This is a 3-month temporary contract with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Duties:
Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Diagnose and repair faults across boilers, air con units, fan coils, and drainage systems.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with compliance standards.
Record maintenance activity and liaise with on-site teams and contractors.What You'll Need:
Strong background in commercial plumbing and mechanical maintenance.
Experience with HVAC systems and fault-finding.
Relevant trade qualifications (Plumbing/Mechanical).
