Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive business analysis documentation, including requirements specifications, user stories, and process maps.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure successful project milestones and effective communication.
• Provide expert advice on HR/IT system implementation, focusing on technical and change management perspectives.
• Collaborate on critical decision-making and governance frameworks.

Your Skills:

• Strong experience in Business Analysis and documentation.
• Proficient in gap analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday ERP, ServiceNow and Oracle.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
