A Primary School in Miles Platting is seeking a dedicated School Administrator to join their warm and welcoming team. As a School Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office, supporting both administrative and operational functions.

Location: Miles PlattingHours: Full-time, Term Time Only, 8am - 3:30pmContract Type: Temp to perm (Perm from December)

Start Date: 1st SeptemberKey Duties/Responsibilities:

• Managing the school's front office and reception duties
• Handling telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner
• Maintaining pupil records and school databases
• Supporting attendance monitoring and reporting
• Assisting with admissions, school communications, and events
• Providing general administrative support to the Headteacher and staff

Key Skills/Experience:

• Previous experience in a busy school office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the use of school MIS (Arbor, SIMS, Bromcom)
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
• A friendly, approachable, and professional manner
