Teachers & Teaching Assistants - PRU & SEND Schools

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking experienced Teachers and Teaching Assistants to work in Pupil Referral Units (PRUs) and specialist SEND schools supporting children with complex learning needs.

These roles are ideal for education professionals who have already worked in specialist or alternative provision settings and are confident supporting pupils with additional needs and behavioural challenges.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience working in PRUs and/or SEND schools

Experience supporting children with complex learning needs and/or behavioural difficulties

A calm, patient, and resilient approach

Additional training such as Team Teach, Moving & Handling, Personal Care, Trauma-Informed Training, Tracheostomy care, or similar (highly desirable)
