On behalf of a respected supported housing organisation, Karter Thomas is recruiting a Tenancy Support Worker for a full-time, rewarding role based in North Nottinghamshire. This is your opportunity to make a real difference by helping young residents transition to independent living, develop vital life skills, and build brighter futures.

🔹 The Role:
Working 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm), you'll be:

Supporting young people in their journey toward independent accommodation

*

Delivering life skills sessions and resolving interpersonal disputes

*

Assisting with benefits applications to ensure rent and service charges are maintained

*

Addressing anti-social behaviour and providing appropriate interventions

*

Connecting residents to essential health services and community resources

🔹 What You'll Bring:

*

Experience supporting vulnerable individuals or those with complex needs

*

Great communication and mediation skills

*

The ability to work independently and manage a dynamic caseload

*

Knowledge of housing or supported accommodation (desirable, not essential)

*

A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport (preferred)
