Exciting events executive role at a wonderful national law firm. Kent, Sussex or London based. Hybrid working and great work life balance.

A national law firm are looking for a highly organised events executive to join their wonderful team where you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing a wide range of internal and external events both virtually and face-face.

This role will sit within their business development and marketing team and will report to the marketing and communications manager. Whilst this role can be based in any of their offices, you will be expected to travel to other locations in London, Kent and Sussex.

Key duties of the role will include:

• Develop events aligned to the business strategies.
• Research, source and secure relevant venues, speakers, etc
• Liaise with the BD team to manage marketing lists ensuring the target contacts are accurate
• Collect qualitative feedback from attendees and key stakeholders to evaluate event success.

The team are looking for someone who has experience working in professional services, ideally a legal background and has experience of at least 2 years managing and organising events. The firm are also well known for a great work life balance.
