SMT Operator Required to work for electronics manufacturer in Hemel Hempstead

Daily Duties

Operate and set up SMT machines (Pick & Place, reflow ovens, screen printers, AOI)
Load feeders, check parts kitting, and ensure smooth production
Hand-place, solder, inspect, and rework components
Self-certify your work and maintain high-quality standards
Support occasional cable assembly tasks and collaborate with other departments

Required Experience

Proven experience with SMT machinery
Through-hole soldering and component recognition skills
Ability to read circuit and engineering diagrams
SMT programming experience is a plus
Additional Info

Hours: 7.30am-4.00pm Monday to Friday
Start date: ASAP
