Data Analyst / Account Manager

We are searching for someone who has experience as Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager, Retail Management. You will therefore have insights with regards to stock management, Shift rotas and possibly how multiple outlets/stores might operate. Possibly, you have been re-training in Data Analysis and this could be your entry position!

Flexible working. Mainly remote with 1-2 days in the office monthly. 4 day week option on Pro-rata salary

Small Tech company in the Restaurant hospitality sector. Use Excel, SQL and their own inhouse SaaS based BI tool which produces reports and visualizations.

Duties include:

• Monitor and analyse Data Integrity
• Data Reports generation
• Data Analysis
• Account Management, consulting with clients on needs and ensuring they are receiving value from the Data
• Onboarding, analysing client data systems for integration

Skills and experience required:

• Background in Restaurant, Bar Management or Retail Management.
• Hands-on technical skills with SQL, Excel and most likely a Data tool like Power BI, Qlik etc
• Interest and Curiosity
• Confident communicator
