Labourer

Overview
A1 Jobs are seeking a physically capable Labourer to join our clients team.

Duties

* Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment

* Preparing work areas by clearing debris and ensuring safety standards are maintained

* Supporting the movement of goods and supplies around the site using appropriate manual handling techniques

* Assisting tradespeople and other team members with their tasks as required

* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work zones to promote safety and efficiency

* Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times during daily operations

Experience

* Previous experience in a labouring or manual handling role is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided

* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks over extended periods

* Good organisational skills with attention to detail

* Basic understanding of health and safety procedures within a construction or industrial environment is desirable but not mandatory

This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to gain practical experience in a hands-on environment. Candidates should demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
