This role suits an experienced Behaviour Mentor who can support students with complex behavioural needs and provide guidance to other staff members.

• Lead behaviour interventions for high-need students

• Support and mentor behaviour staff

• Contribute to behaviour plans and risk assessments

• Work closely with Tutors and the Pastoral Lead

• Proven experience in behaviour support or AP settings

• Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice

• Confident and positive role model

• Car driver preferred
