About the Role: We are seeking a driven and personable Engineering Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Manchester team. You’ll be responsible for sourcing top engineering talent across a range of sectors including manufacturing, mechanical, and electrical engineering. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for recruitment and a keen interest in the engineering industry.
Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to placement
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Provide consultative advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies
- Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs
- Maintain accurate records using the company’s CRM system
Requirements: - Proven experience in recruitment (engineering sector preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A proactive and resilient approach to challenges
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
