Our client, an established component and parts manufacturing company, is currently recruiting CNC Programmer/Setter and Operator to join their manufacturing team. The CNC Programmer/Setter and Operator will be responsible for the set up, programming, and operation of CNC 4 axis horizontal or 5 axis milling machines to produce high-precision components

Key Responsibilities for the CNC Programmer/Setter and Operator:

Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
Monitor machine performance, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure their optimal functioning.
Inspect finished products to meet the required quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime

Skills Required for the CNC Programmer/Setter and Operator:

Proven experience in CNC machining, specifically with 4 axis horizontal or 5 axis Milling machines as time-served engineer or with relevant technical qualifications.
Experience of working to high quality standards on precision components.
Proficiency in machine programming and operation.
Strong communication skills
