A well-established logistics provider is seeking a Sea / Ocean Export Coordinator to join their Redditch-based team. You'll be a key part of the export operations - managing shipments, coordinating documentation, and delivering outstanding service across global sea freight accounts.

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage sea freight export bookings and coordinate collections for UK-based clients

*

Produce and process accurate export documentation, including Bills of Lading and export entries

*

Work with shipping lines, co-loaders, hauliers, and internal departments to ensure timely, compliant deliveries

*

Communicate effectively with customers and overseas offices regarding order status and updates

*

Update order management systems with accurate booking details and instructions

*

Monitor deliveries and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays

*

Verify rating and invoicing information for accuracy

*

Assist with reports, KPIs, and credit management queries as needed

*

General day-to-day admin to support the department

What We're Looking For:

*

Minimum 2 years' experience in a sea or ocean export role

*

Strong knowledge of LCL and FCL processes, entries, C of O's, and international shipping paperwork

*

Familiarity with customs documentation and UK export procedures

*

Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organised

*

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

*

Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software (training provided)
