Are you a HR administrator looking to work for a flexible company?

Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a local organisation based in Nottingham who are looking for an experienced administrator to provide support to the People and Culture team.


Home based role, requirement to work from the office in Nottingham once per month
Enrollment into a Westfield health planDuties will include:

Managing employee onboarding including right to work checks, DBS checks and processing any further contractual changes in the employee cycle
Using Excel spreadsheets to track HR processes
Communicating effectively with Payroll colleagues to ensure timely and accurate procesisong of salary changes.
Hadnling first line HR queries via telephone and email
Ensure HR records are up to date and compliant with GDPR
Minute taking at meetings
Working effectively with the wider HR team
Who are we looking for?

HR Admin experience desirable
Strong Admin experience is a must
Team player
IT proficient including Microsoft Excel
