HR Manager
Location: Andover
Salary: Competitive - DOE
Hours of work: 20-25 hours per week

HR Manager Responsibilities:
- Recruitment - embed best practice techniques to attract great talent and manage the recruitment process.
- Proactively manage and provide support and guidance regarding all ER matters
- As part of the Senior Leadership Team you will help drive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of the business
- Train and provide support to HR Team members
HR Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in HR
- Previous HR experience at a manager level
- Ability to coach, inspire and influence others
- Familiarity with MS Office suite
- Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to prepare HR communication appropriate to the audience
- Highly developed planning and organisational skills to meet deadlines
- High level of attention to detail
Desirable:
- CIPD qualification level 5 or similar
