Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working with our client who are a well-established Manufacturing business based in Ringwood. They are now looking for an additional member of staff to join their small, hardworking team.

They are looking for an Assistant Account Manager with the successful candidate being able to demonstrate strong office / Administrative background. With An exceptional account / client base they are a leading manufacturing of corporate branded products. They are looking for a professional who can look after customer accounts as well as follow up enquiries that come through on emails / telephone - so incoming warm leads. You will be in an open plan office with up to 4 members of staff plus on occasions and office dog.

The successful Assistant Account Manager will: -

  • Have 1 year’s office / Admin experience
  • Ideal candidate must be local to Ringwood or have Transport
  • Be able to demonstrate relationship building
  • Be Computer literate
  • Have Excellent written English
  • Good Telephone manner
  • To develop new businesses opportunities
  • Methodical and organised
  • Used a CRM system or something similar - although full training is provided
  • Self-motivated and confident
  • Calm under pressure
  • Have good attention to detail with strong listening skills
  • Be flexible and proactive in your approach

Job duties

  • Using their CRM system to create quotes and record actions / follow ups
  • Communication via the telephone with Client’s buyers to build a strong trusting relationship
  • Following up quotes sent out via the general account management and ensuring the communications and updates are accurately recorded
  • Clear communication between the production Team in the UK as well as their overseas office in relation to orders and progress
  • General data entry, ensuring accurate notes have been recorded on the CRM
  • Following up any telephone / email enquires - This can be new as well as existing Customers
  • Maximising the sales opportunity.
