Day-to-day of the role:
- Conduct qualitative research including interviews and focus groups to gather insights that shape projects and priorities.
- Analyse data from research activities and produce high-quality, insightful reports with actionable recommendations.
- Support the development of an online, evidence-informed resource to aid decision-makers across Wales.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to inform and influence public health policy and practice.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A degree in public health, behavioural or social sciences.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, capable of conducting thorough research and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A good understanding of data protection and ethical research practices.
- Enthusiasm, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
