We're Hiring: Transport Compliance Coordinator

📍 Location: Brackmills NN4

🕒 Full-time | 11:00-19:00

Are you detail-oriented, safety-focused, and passionate about keeping operations on track? We're looking for a Transport Compliance Coordinator to join our growing team and ensure our fleet and drivers stay fully compliant with all regulatory requirements.

🔍 What You'll Do:

• Monitor and manage driver hours, tachograph data, and vehicle maintenance schedules.

• Ensure adherence to transport legislation, including DVSA, Operator Licence, and Working Time Directive regulations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records.

• Conduct internal audits and support external inspections (DVSA)

• Coordinate training for drivers on compliance policies and procedures.

• Liaise with operational and fleet teams to proactively resolve compliance issues.

* Collate agency costings and Driver wages.

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Experience in transport compliance, logistics coordination, or fleet management.

• Strong understanding of transport regulations and vehicle compliance.

• Proficiency with compliance software (e.g., Tachomaster, TruTac, or similar).

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
