As an E-learning Developer, you contribute to the professional growth of colleagues within a large-scale operational domain, as well as across the entire global organization. This is a high-impact responsibility within the Learning & Development (L&D) team.

Imagine e-learning modules developed by you being utilized by tens of thousands of employees all over the world. As an E-learning Developer, you make learning engaging by using your creativity to build interactive digital content. Your primary tool will be Articulate Storyline. While you focus on the technical development, you are also involved in the didactic design of the modules-bringing content, pedagogy, and creativity together perfectly.

Within the L&D team, you work collaboratively to create impactful learning solutions. You will be given ample opportunity to incorporate gamification, audiovisual elements, and to experiment with AI. • Experience: At least two years of experience as an Articulate Storyline developer.

• Domain Knowledge: Solid background in the L&D field.

• Creativity: Ability to translate complex information into engaging e-learning modules.

• Communication: Proficient in spoken and written Dutch and English.

• Culture Fit: You bring a positive attitude and a good sense of humor to the team.

• Portfolio: As part of the selection process, we ask you to provide an example of a module you have built in Articulate Storyline.
