What you'll be doing:

* Installing, configuring and testing AV systems: Crestron, Biamp, Q-SYS, Cisco VC, Teams/Zoom Rooms

* First and second fix, rack building, commissioning and client handovers

* Pre-site configuration, documentation, and system staging

* Working alongside client IT teams to ensure smooth integration

* Delivering to the highest possible standards with a meticulous eye for detail

What you'll bring:

* 3+ years of AV installation experience (ideally with CTS certification)

* Hands-on expertise with Crestron (DM/NVX), Biamp Tesira, Q-SYS, Dante Level 1/2, Microsoft Teams & Zoom integration

* A collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a solution-first approach

* A UK driving licence

* Eligibility for SC Clearance (clean background essential)
