Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading UK House builder, in assisting them with recruiting of an Assistant Site Manager for their large residential development in Hertfordshire.

This development is a mixture of traditional build and RC Frame and you will be responsible for overseeing circa 80 units focusing mainly on Internals from 1st fix to completion reporting into a Senior Site Manager.

In order to be considered you must have a minimum of 5 years experience at a leading developer or main contractor.

You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Cert and will be a Permanent role. Start date is immediately.
