Payroll Administrator required for an exciting long term contract working for a well established dynamic business based in the Willenhall area with a view to start immediately. You will be working as part of a small friendly team where you will be responsible for processing a number of payroll for up to 2000 employees. Your daily duties will include processing timesheets, pro-rata calculations, holiday pay calculations, processing statutory payments, exceptions checking, gross to net reporting, sending payments by BACS, creating and sending the FPS to HMRC, creating and posting payroll journals, starters & leavers and auto enrolment.
Our client is looking for an experienced payroll administrator who can join the business and make a positive contribution to the team. You will thrive on working in a busy yet challenging role and be able to manage and prioritise your workload. Experience working with a computerised payroll system and Microsoft Excel is essential. You must also have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to answer queries fully and confidently by telephone.

Our client is offering a friendly working environment, with on site parking, 20 days annual leave and support for study. The working hours are 9 to 5:30. A longer term role may be available for the perfect candidate.
