This is a dynamic recruitment consultancy based in the city of London, operating at a global scale. They work with clients internationally with a prime focus on the sustainable and renewable sectors supporting on a number of hiring solutions.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to hire a talented Management Accountant to join their finance team.

Role

The Management Accountant for this recruitment consultancy business based in the city of London, will support the Finance Manager in the production of monthly management accounts, reporting & analysis. They will take on a number of key duties including:

• Support on preparation of monthly management accounts including P&L and variance analysis
• Support the month-end close process and ensure reporting deadlines are met
• Assist with budgets and forecasts
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Analyse revenue, gross margin and consultant performance
• Support senior management with financial reporting and insights
• Help improve financial processes and reporting

Profile

The ideal profile for this Management Accountant role, should have the following attributes:

• Part-qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA etc.)
• 3+ years of experience in supporting management account preparation.
• Proficient in owning month-end procedures and good knowledge in debits & credits.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good academic background
• Proficient Excel experience (Advanced)
• Industry background in a recruitment firm would be highly advantageous

Salary & Benefits

£45,000 to £50,000 plus benefits including:

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
