Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of industrial wastewater treatment projects from concept through to commissioning. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and commercial awareness to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial client engagement and design coordination to procurement, construction, and commissioning.

* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

* Coordinate internal teams (engineering, procurement, site teams) and external stakeholders (clients, subcontractors, suppliers).

* Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes.

* Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

* Lead project meetings, prepare reports, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

* Manage project documentation, including contracts, technical files, and handover packages.

Required / Desired Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience managing engineering or construction projects in the water or wastewater sector.

* Strong understanding of (industrial) wastewater treatment processes and technologies.

* Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource coordination.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., CDM, HSE, ISO).

* Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

* Background in mechanical, electrical, or process engineering.

* UK driving licence
