A well-established branded business is experiencing significant growth and now require a strong Management Accountant to support its next phase of expansion. The role is varied and the successful candidate will be responsible for Forecasting, Reporting, Analysis and Management Accounting.

• Oversee the production of comprehensive monthly financial reports
• Collaborate with senior finance leadership to analyse performance trends and investigate variances across all business units
• Process month-end journal entries including utility charges, prepaid expenses and period-end adjustments
• Distribute financial results to site leadership teams and provide ongoing support for performance queries
• Maintain and reconcile divisional expenditure reporting for head office functions
• Execute royalty accounting procedures and related financial postings
• Supervise and develop junior finance team members within the management accounting function
• Complete regular balance sheet account reconciliations and coordinate corrective actions with operational teams
• Partner with treasury and accounts payable functions to ensure accurate revenue and cost recognition
• Support annual budgeting cycles and quarterly forecast preparation
• Manage VAT compliance including return preparation, submission and variance analysis
• Facilitate external audit processes by preparing supporting documentation and responding to auditor requests
• Compile statutory reporting requirements for government agencies and regulatory bodies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within financial control frameworks
• Conduct special projects and financial analysis to support strategic business decisions

The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) with proven experience working in a consumer-focused business.
