My client in Stoke are looking to appoint a talented Talent & Recruitment Business Partner on a Contract basis.

This successful candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary agency staff within a local government environment.

Salary: £18 - £22 per hour, inside IR35*negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in Stoke (Hybrid):

Responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing qualified agency workers.
Drive initiatives that encourage the transition of temporary workers into permanent roles.
Strategic collaboration with hiring managers, HR, procurement teams, and external managed service providers (MSPs) to ensure agency recruitment is compliant.
Reducing off-contract spend, enhancing compliance with agency worker regulations, IR35 legislation, and other employment conditions.

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

Extensive experience in a similar role.
Strong Knowledge of Temporary Staffing and Agency Worker Regulations
Experience of working collaboratively with internal stakeholders
Local Authority experience is essential
