Education Paralegal

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Paralegal to join a growing Education Law team at a well-regarded Cardiff-based law firm. Due to continued expansion and increasing demand, the firm is looking to strengthen its offering across Wales with the addition of a motivated and career-driven individual.
The Role
You will work closely with experienced solicitors on a varied and rewarding caseload within education law, supporting clients across Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a specialist and highly impactful area of law.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with a range of education law matters
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and case summaries
- Liaising with clients, local authorities, and third parties
- Supporting case progression from initial instruction through to resolution
- Attending meetings and assisting with preparation for hearings where required
About You
- Previous paralegal experience is desirable (education law experience advantageous but not essential)
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A genuine interest in education law and supporting clients
- Proactive, approachable, and eager to learn
