I'm currently working with a Local Authority in Sussex who are seeking a Estates Surveyor to join their team on an interim basis for an initial 6-month period.

Key Duties:

Handling a range of landlord and tenant matters such as lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears, and new lettings
Day-to-day estates management responsibilities

Requirements:

MRICS qualification is preferred
Registered Valuer status is not required
Previous estates management experience is vital, with Local Authority background preferred

This role offers flexible working with one/two days a week in the office, with the remainder of the time remote. Both full-time and part-time arrangements will be considered.
