Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Prepare presentation in PowerPoint
- Assistant in Marketing materials including binding of print materials
- Compose correspondence
- Calendar Management
- Excel spreadsheets
- Interact with clientele via telephone and electronically
- Maintain CRM Database management
- Ability to work with numbers
- Maintain client tracking systems
- Meet and greet clients as needed
- Assist top C Suite Executives as needed
