Very stable investment wealth management firm is seeking an accomplished Administrative Assistant to join a close knit staff.  Excellent Microsoft office skills including strong PowerPoint a must along with Word, Excel and Outlook.  Amazing benefits, 401K, profit sharing, health, dental, vision.  Beautiful offices.  Need polished, professional, warm, friendly, detail oriented, team oriented.    

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Prepare presentation in PowerPoint
  • Assistant in Marketing materials including binding of print materials
  • Compose correspondence
  • Calendar Management
  • Excel spreadsheets
  • Interact with clientele via telephone and electronically
  • Maintain CRM Database management
  • Ability to work with numbers
  • Maintain client tracking systems
  • Meet and greet clients as needed
  • Assist top C Suite Executives as needed
