- Individual will be a real estate jack-of-all-trades, including a licensed appraiser and sales agent
- The job will require attention to detail and being an effective communicator
- Day to Day requirements will vary greatly depending on the week. The goal will be that the individual will spend 60% of their time on commercial appraisals, 20% brokerage, & 20% aiding in developments. With specific experience and skills this ratio can vary.
- Expectaion that the individual will bring new ideas and positive eneery to the Ryoak team. Examples: attending Appraisal Institute, CCIM or ULI meetings, or other networking organizations. Going that extra step to market themselves, as well as the company.
