• Proven experience leading test teams in complex environments
• Strong background in integration, E2E, and API testing
• Expertise in test strategy, planning, estimation, and governance
• Familiarity with ITSM, ITIL, and ServiceNow
• Experience with defect management, risk analysis, and client-side assurance
• Bonus: Exposure to test automation frameworks and DevOps practices

• Own and deliver the Test Strategy and governance model
• Lead and mentor a team of deployed test engineers
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices
• Provide assurance over 3rd-party supplier testing
• Collaborate with business and process owners to maximise test coverage
• Deliver clear, actionable test reporting and risk assessments
