Seven Resourcing are currently looking for a housing manager to work within the income and tenancy team in a service in London. 

Some Key Information is Highlighted below: 

Rate: £22 per hour

Hours: Full time hours, Monday - Friday. 

Working Arrangements: Hybrid working from home, in the community or the nearest local office. 

Experience: 

• Needs to be experienced in rent arrears management, understanding housing benefit, Universal credit and legal court process when progressing cases through the legal routed. 
• We need the candidate to be efficient and get through the arrears cases each week, making sure that contact is made and all efforts are made to engage the customer.

The wider team consists of other Housing Managers in the income and tenancy team, neighbourhood housing managers and Financial Inclusion Partners.

Contract: Temp contract with potential to be extended or go perm. 

Experience: Must have experience in a similar role. 

Compliance:

• Enhanced DBS on the update service.
• 3 years referencing
• Right to Work
