An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (2–5 years PQE)  to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Worcester.

This role offers the chance to manage a diverse residential property caseload while advancing your career within a supportive, forward-thinking legal practice known for delivering high-quality work and maintaining a strong team culture.

The Role 

As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor in this team, you will handle a broad range of residential property transactions, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• Shared ownership transactions
• Right to Buy and Help to Buy schemes
• Lease extensions 
• potential for high-value and rural/countryside properties

You will also play an active role in business development, client relationship management and supporting colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices.

About You

To be successful in this Residential Conveyancing role, you will have:

• Qualification as a Solicitor or Legal Executive (2-5 PQE)
• Proven experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge of property law
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Effective file management and organisational ability
• A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment
