The Project Architect will be part of a Studio that offers a collaborative environment involved in project design development and construction documentation. Responsibilities include working closely with project designers, building strong relationships with clients, coordinating engineers, working with zoning and building departments as well as monitoring construction. Team management, schedule performance and attention to detail are important qualities for success in this role.
Graduate/Professional Degree in Architecture
US Architectural License or currently pursuing license
Proficiency in AutoDesk Revit
Minimum 5 years’ experience
Experience in Multi-family, Hospitality, Multi-story wood frame construction.
Knowledge of Building Codes
