Senior Site Manager / Project Manager £65,000 - £75,000 + attractive benefits package

Our client is an established and highly regarded construction contractor based in the South West, with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects across commercial, education, healthcare, and community sectors. Due to continued success with recent tenders and a healthy forward order book, they are now looking to strengthen their delivery team with an experienced Senior Site Manager or Project Manager who can hit the ground running.

The Role

You will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of construction projects valued from £1m to £10m. This is a hands-on site and project leadership role, managing all aspects of safety, quality, programme, cost, and client relationships.

You will work closely with clients, design teams, and the supply chain to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

About You

Proven track record as a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor (larger regional contractors also considered).
Extensive experience delivering construction projects in the £1m-£10m range.
Strong commercial awareness, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to lead and motivate site teams.
Thorough knowledge of CDM regulations, health & safety management, and quality control.
Relevant qualifications including SMSTS and CSCS card (or equivalent).
A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with the ability to deliver under pressure.
