Contract: Full Time - Summer Term
Salary: Paid in line with Teacher Pay Scales

A welcoming and nurturing Primary School in Longsight, Manchester is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Teacher to join their Early Years team for the summer term. The school is ideally looking for someone to start from Monday 20th August, though there may be some flexibility for the right candidate.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-supported Early Years setting, helping to shape children's first experiences of education in a positive and engaging environment.

The Role

Full teaching responsibility within the Nursery setting
Planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
Supporting children's early development across communication, social and emotional areas
Creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing classroom environment
Observing, assessing and tracking children's progress
Working closely with Early Years practitioners and support staff
Building positive relationships with parents and carers

The Ideal Candidate Will

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience working within Nursery or Early Years
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
Be creative, patient and engaging in their teaching approach
Have strong organisational and classroom management skills
Be committed to providing a consistent and high-quality learning environment
