Responsibilities:Be accountable for pupil's attainment, progress and learning outcomesBe aware of pupils capabilities and their prior knowledge, and plan teaching to build onDedicate yourself and take every opportunity to expand every child's learning experienceGuide pupils to reflect on the progress they have made and their emerging needsEncourage pupils to take a responsible and conscientious attitude to their own workDemonstrate knowledge and understanding of how pupils learn and how this impacts on teaching

Requirements:Hold qualified teacher status (QTS) Have experience in a similar role Be resilient and have a determined approachBe able to engage with a wide range of pupilsHave fantastic communication skills, and not be afraid to voice new ideas
