Children's Residential Child Care Worker

Location: North West

Salary: £12.37-£13.50 per hour (dependent on qualifications) + £60 per sleep-in shift

Hours: 2 days on / 4 days off rota, including sleep-ins

We're looking for compassionate and committed individuals to join our residential care team supporting children and young people aged 8-17. You'll play a key role in providing daily care, supporting emotional and social development, and creating a safe, stable environment for those who've experienced trauma.

Build positive, trusting relationships with young people
Support with routines, personal care, and household tasks
Promote education, leisure, and personal development
Manage behaviours with empathy and professionalism
